YOGA

Hatha yoga for adult, teens and children.
Our classes are challenging, engaging and well balanced, and are taught by certified yoga instructors.
Ideal for beginners or experienced practitioners.
Yoga promotes overall health and focuses and quiets the mind. Important for performers and non-performers alike!
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and props.
Walk-Ins are always welcome (space permitting).

 

ZUMBATOMICS - next session tba

Zumba is an exhilarating, easy-to-follow, Latin inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness party that's moving millions of people toward health.  Zumba Fitness is the only dance fitness program that blends red-hot international music and contagious steps to form a "fitness-party" that is downright addictive

 

CAA DANCE 4 PEACE class                                                                      Multi-level contemporary dance class for Middle and High School students.  Strength, body alignment, dance technique and training, rhythym and lyrical movement are taught in this class.  Choreography will include all contemporary dance styles: Jazz, Lyrical, Hip-Hop, Modern and Broadway.  All levels of experience and ability are eligible for this class.   Taught by Maggie Lipton.

Classes

March 25 - June 8, Tuesdays 3:30 - 4:30.  Class will culminate in performance on June 7 & 8
